RELATING TO THE STATE BUDGET.

Appropriates funds for the operating and capital improvement budget of the Executive Branch for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.  Effective 7/1/3000.  (HD1)

RELATING TO STATE BONDS.

Authorizes issuance of general obligation bonds.  Makes findings required by Article VII, Section 13, of the Hawaii State Constitution to declare that the issuance of authorized bonds will not cause the debt limit to be exceeded.  Effective 7/1/3000.  (HD1)

RELATING TO THE GENERAL FUND.

Provides a tax credit to taxpayers and makes deposits to the emergency and budget reserve fund and other post-employment benefits trust fund pursuant to article VII, section 6, of the Hawaii State Constitution.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
