RELATING TO INSURANCE. Imposes insurance coverage as a prerequisite for the operation of electric bicycles in the State. Establishes a regulatory framework for electric bicycle insurance. Effective 1/1/2026.

RELATING TO ELECTRIC BICYCLES. Requires operators of low-speed electronic bicycles to possess a valid driver's license, instruction permit, or provisional license.
