RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION. Provides authority for a county to impose a mileage-based road usage charge. Provides for disposition of funds of county mileage-based road usage charge. Clarifies the disposition of funds of state mileage-based road usage charge. Repeals the maximum amount a driver will pay in a state mileage-based road usage charge on June 30, 2028. Establishes a default state mileage-based road usage charge rate when missing, incomplete, or incorrect odometer reading information that will prevent the state mileage-based road usage charge from being calculated. Establishes a state mileage-based road usage charge subaccount to allow for the disbursements or reimbursements back to vehicle owners.

RELATING TO TAXATION. Authorizes a tax credit for businesses that pay the public transportation costs of employees. Applies to counties having populations of 700,000 or more. Applies for taxable years beginning after 12/31/2024 but not beginning after 12/31/2029. Requires reports to the Legislature.

RELATING TO PARKING. Authorizes the counties to adopt ordinances to enforce the accessible parking space requirements for parking spaces reserved for persons with disabilities and electric vehicles.

RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE. Provides rebates for the installation of eligible electric vehicle-ready parking stalls for new construction of affordable housing.
