The purpose of this informational briefing is to provide legislators with an update on changes to Medicaid resulting from the Office of Budget and Business Banking (OBBB), the federal government shutdown, and other recent federal policy changes. Representatives from the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Human Services Med-QUEST Division will present information on how these developments are affecting Medicaid coverage, operations, and health care providers in Hawaiʻi.
