This informational briefing will provide an update to legislators on plans to address the requirements of the Navahine settlement, which includes the development of plans and implementation of policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and dependence on fossil fuels in the State's transportation system. Presentations will be given by:

•              Hawaii State Department of Transportation

•              Earthjustice
