The purpose of this measure is to establish and appropriate funds for a Data Sharing and Governance Working Group within the Office of Enterprise Technology Services.

Your Committee received testimony in support of this measure from the Office of the Governor; Office of Wellness and Resilience; Department of Labor and Industrial Relations; Department of Human Services; Office of Hawaiian Affairs; Executive Office on Early Learning; Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women; Workforce Development Council; HawaiiKidsCAN; Hawaiʻi Workforce Funders Collaborative; and one individual. Your Committee received comments on this measure from the University of Hawaiʻi System and Office of Enterprise Technology Services.
