HOUSE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2025.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-third Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2025, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2025 are hereby determined to be the 20th, 21st, 24th, 25th, and 26th days of February, on which dates the Regular Session of 2025 shall be recessed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2025 are hereby determined to be the 22nd and 24th days of January, the 3rd and 5th days of March, the 7th, 9th, 28th, and 29th days of April, and 1st day of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2025 shall be recessed.
