The purpose of this informational briefing is for the Committee to receive an update from the Department of the Attorney General about litigation where the State of Hawaiʻi is the lead plaintiff or part of a coalition of plaintiffs that have filed a lawsuit against the President and his administration.
1. Welcome and Introductions (10 mins)
2. Attorney General Anne Lopez, Solicitor General Kalikoʻonālani Fernandes, and Special Assistant to the Attorney General Dave Day, Department of the Attorney General (30 mins)
3. Questions from the Committee – 5 minutes per member for questions and answers (25 min)
