RELATING TO CANNABIS. Repeals the requirement that a provider-patient relationship be established in person. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSAL SERVICE PROGRAM. Clarifies that the Public Utilities Commission under the Universal Service Program may provide, and may use funds from the Universal Service Fund to provide, free telecommunications access to individuals with print disabilities. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)

RELATED TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. For purposes of the hemp processors law, amends the definitions of "artificially derived cannabis" and "cannabis" to include, and the definition of "manufactured hemp product" to specifically exclude, all forms of cannabinoids classified as schedule I under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH. Prohibits drug manufacturers from denying, restricting, or prohibiting the acquisition, shipping, or delivery of a 340B drug to pharmacies contracted with 340B covered entities under the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. Authorizes the 340B covered entity and Attorney General to bring a civil action for enforcement. Specifies a four-year limitations period for bringing an action. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)

· The number of oral testifiers and/or time allotted to each testifier may be limited by the Chair when necessary to adhere to the committee hearing schedule. We may not be able to accommodate everyone who requests to testify orally.
