RELATING TO LABELING REQUIREMENTS.

Prohibits the sale of raw ahi, including ahi poke or processed ahi, in retail establishments without a label that states the country where the ahi was landed.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES.

Prohibits the importation of firewood into the State, except for firewood that meets certain standards.  Requires firewood that is imported into the State from another state to be certified and labeled as heat-treated.  Establishes certain exemptions.  (SD1)

RELATING TO CHIROPRACTIC.

Beginning 7/1/2027, allows chiropractic students enrolled in a qualified chiropractic college to engage in clinical practice as part of their college instruction if directly supervised by a qualified licensed chiropractor.  Section 1 effective 7/1/2027.  Requires the Hawaii Board of Chiropractic to adopt rules.  (SD1)

Requires the Director of Transportation to adopt rules that require tour aircraft operators to carry aircraft liability insurance coverage.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO ENERGY INDUSTRY INFORMATION REPORTING.

Adds the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security to the list of agencies that may examine the energy industry information statements submitted pursuant to section 486J-3, HRS.  Adds the promotion of emergency management and critical infrastructure protection as relevant purposes of the Energy Data Collection Program.

Prohibits home care agencies from providing services outside the scope of their facility license.
