Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred S.C.R. No. 118, S.D. 1, entitled:

"SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO CONVENE A WORKING GROUP TO ASSESS THE FEASIBILITY OF ALLOWING BUSINESS OWNERS IN THE STATE TO UTILIZE FILTERED WATER COLLECTED BY WATER CATCHMENT SYSTEMS FOR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES,"

begs leave to report as follows:

The purpose of this measure is to request the Department of Health to convene a working group to assess the feasibility of allowing business owners in the State to utilize filtered water collected by water catchment systems for business activities.

As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of S.C.R. No. 118, S.D. 1, and recommends its adoption.
