A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO BEACH MANAGEMENT ON THE NORTH SHORE OF OAHU.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Act 226, Session Laws of Hawaii 2024, section 2, is amended by amending subsection (d) to read as follows:

"(d) The university of Hawaii sea grant college program shall submit the north shore beach management plan to the governor and legislature by December 1, [2025.] 2026."

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 3000.
