RELATING TO PSYCHOLOGISTS. Requires the Board of Psychology to establish a pilot program to grant prescriptive authority to qualified psychologist applicants statewide. Repeals on 8/31/2028.

RELATING TO PSYCHOLOGISTS. Establishes a five-year pilot program to allow qualified psychologists limited authority to prescribe psychotropic medications to patients under the care of the psychologist at a federally qualified health center. Requires a report to the Legislature. Repeals June 30, 2030.
