1. Applicants are invited to provide information: a. In-person or b. Via Zoom
2. Instructions regarding participation, and if needed, the Zoom link to participate remotely, will be emailed to each organization to the email address provided in the application;
3. Only one (1) representative per applicant will be allowed to participate, regardless of the number of applications submitted by any applicant;
4. Each participant will be allowed no more than one (1) minute to provide information;
5. On the day of the briefing:
· In-person participants will need to check in with staff at the Auditorium immediately prior to the briefing;
· Online participants will need to enter the waiting room by 2:00 PM. We cannot guarantee that those joining after that time will be able to testify.
· Please be advised that the Joint Committee will recess from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM in order for the members to attend their respective floor sessions.
· Please refrain from profanity or uncivil behavior. Violations may result in ejection from the briefing without the ability to rejoin.
· For remote testifiers, the Legislature will not be responsible for bad connections on the testifier's end.
