RELATING TO DENTAL HYGIENISTS.

Authorizes licensed dental hygienists to perform preventative dental sealant screenings and apply dental sealants on individuals, under certain conditions, in a Department of Education school-based oral health program.

RELATING TO OUT-OF-STATE PRESCRIPTIONS.

Authorizes out-of-state pharmacists to transfer prescription information for the initial fill of a prescription.

RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES.

Requires all telecommunications service providers to communicate relevant information relating to the deenergization of electrical lines to public safety or emergency response offices for the affected areas.  Requires all electric utilities to operate electrical lines and equipment in a manner that shall minimize the risk of catastrophic wildfire posed by the electrical lines and equipment.  Requires each electric utility to prepare a wildfire mitigation plan and protocols for deenergizing electrical lines.  (SD1)

RELATING TO AIRCRAFT.

Requires the Director of Transportation to adopt rules that require tour aircraft operators to have aircraft liability insurance coverage not less than an unspecified percentage of the highest minimum similar coverage required by a United States international airport per person per incident.  (SD1)
