· From the administration of the department to LNR 907 (Aha Moku Advisory Committee); and
· From LNR 906 (LNR-Natural and Physical Environment) to create LNR 908 (Kaho'olawe Island Reserve Commission)
** The Department of Land and Natural Resources proposes to consolidate LNR 153 (Fisheries Management) and LNR 805 (District Resource Management) with LNR 401 (Ecosystems Protection, Restoration, and Fisheries Management).
*** Pursuant to Act 255, SLH 2022, the Mauna Kea Stewardship and Oversight Committee was established in the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
**** Pursuant to Act 219, SLH 2022, AGR 161 (Agribusiness Development and Research) was transferred to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism.
