Finance Memorandum (FM) 23-19 issued by the Department of Budget and Finance on November 28, 2023 included an attachment from the Department of Education that lists "Revised DOE Proposed Early Lapsing" projects.  The following have been invited to provide additional information to the Joint Committee regarding FM 23-19 and the proposal to lapse funding for the projects listed below.
