Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred H.C.R. No. 133, entitled:

"HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION URGING THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO CONDUCT A STUDY TO ESTABLISH SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL,"

The purpose of this measure is to urge the Department of Transportation to conduct a study to establish safe routes to school.
