A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
"SECTION 13. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2021[;
provided that section 2 shall be repealed on July 1, 2027]."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 30, 3000.
