RELATING TO ABORTION CARE. Clarifies that access to abortion care is inclusive of all pregnant people in the State. Repeals a criminal penalty for violations of certain abortion provisions. Clarifies that advanced practice registered nurses may provide abortion care.

RELATING TO ACCESSIBILITY. Requires a retail establishment with an employee toilet facility to allow a customer suffering from an eligible medical condition to use that restroom during normal business hours, under certain conditions. Exempts a retail establishment and employees from civil liability in allowing an eligible customer to use an employee toilet facility. Establishes fines.

RELATING TO FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS. Provides an exemption from the GET, beginning July 1, 2022, for the sale of feminine hygiene products in the State.

RELATING TO PSILOCYBIN. Establishes the therapeutic psilocybin working group to examine the medicinal and therapeutic effects of psilocybin and develop a long-term strategic plan to ensure the availability of therapeutic psilocybin or psilocybin-based products that are safe, accessible, and affordable for adults 21 years of age or older.

RELATING TO CANNABIS. Authorizes the Department of Health to approve in-vehicle receipt of medical cannabis and medical cannabis products on or near the premises of dispensaries under certain conditions.

RELATING TO MEDICAL DEVICES. Creates the Medical Device Right to Repair Act. Requires manufacturers of powered medical equipment to make parts, equipment, tools, and documentation available to independent repair providers and purchasers of such equipment. Requires manufacturers to provide tools to repair equipment that costs $100 or more. Creates a right of action for violation of the chapter enforceable by the Attorney General.
