RELATING TO SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS FOR NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS THAT PROVIDE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to finance the construction of and improvements to health care facilities of The Queen's Health Systems and its nonprofit affiliates.

RELATING TO TAXATION. Establishes a tax credit for verified employee blood donations made at an employer sponsored blood drive. Applies to taxable years 2022-2027.

· The number of videoconference testifiers and/or time allotted to each testifier may be limited by the Chair when necessary to adhere to the committee hearing schedule. We may not be able to accommodate everyone who requests to testify remotely.
· Videoconference testifiers for this hearing will be limited to 2 minutes each.
