The purpose of this decision making meeting is to insert substantive provisions into the following short form bill.  A public hearing will be scheduled at a later date, at which point testimony will be accepted.

      Proposed SD1

      Status & Testimony

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.

Proposed SD1:  Removes the Special Funds of the University of Hawaii and the Hawaii Cancer Research Special Fund from the list of special funds that are exempt from the requirement to reimburse the Department of Budget and Finance for expenses incurred from administering the fund. (Proposed SD1)
