The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss UHERO’s recently published paper on the need for better tourism governance: https://uhero.hawaii.edu/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/HawaiiTourismInSearchOfThePromisedLand.pdf

Economist Paul Brewbaker and veteran tourism expert, Frank Haas, will be presenting their assessment and suggestions on creating a more structured approach to tourism policy and management.

 

 

No public testimony will be accepted.
