RELATING TO CORAL. Prohibits the sale, import, harvest, or export of coral products, with certain exceptions. Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to amend its administrative rules accordingly no later than 12/31/2024. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY. Specifies that planned community associations cannot prohibit or unreasonably restrict the use of a member's enclosed yard area for personal agriculture. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD2)

RELATING TO RENEWABLE PORTFOLIO STANDARDS. Amends the definition of "renewable portfolio standard" to be a percentage of electrical energy generation, rather than sales, excluding customer-sited fossil fuel generation. Expands the events or circumstances that are beyond an electric utility company's reasonable control to include non-renewable energy generated by electric generation facilities over or of which the electric utility does not have direct control or ownership. Requires electric utility companies to track and annually report data and trends on customer retention and attrition to further inform the calculation of the renewable portfolio standards. Effective 7/1/2100. (SD1)

RELATING TO WATER CARRIERS. Requires each water carrier to file a strategic plan with the Public Utilities Committee every five years. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS. Increases the minimum number of residential units in a condominium project that must be offered for sale to prospective owner-occupants in the thirty-day period following the initial date of sale of the condominium from fifty per cent to ninety per cent. RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. Allows post office boxes and rural and highway contract route boxes to be permissible for a prescription to be considered valid, only if a physical address where an individual resides is on file with the dispensing pharmacy. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
