A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION TRUST FUND.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2022-2023 to be deposited into the unemployment compensation trust fund as a cash infusion for the unemployment compensation trust fund.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
