HOUSE RESOLUTION
RELATING to the COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-first Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2022, that LINDA CLARK, who has been duly appointed and seated as a member of the House of Representatives from the Thirteenth Representative District to fill the vacancy created by the appointment of former Representative Lynn DeCoite to the Hawaii State Senate, shall be Vice Chair of the Higher Education & Technology Committee and a member of the Education Committee, Housing Committee, and Transportation Committee; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by this Resolution, all appointments and committee memberships of the House of Representatives as set forth in H.R. No. 4 and H.R. No. 163 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-first Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2021, shall remain in full force and effect.
