A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO HOUSING.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Chapter 201H, part III, subpart F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.

SECTION 2. Chapter 201H, part III, subpart G, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.

Repeals the Hawaii housing finance and development corporation's downpayment loan assistance program and homebuyers' club program. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
