The convening of this meeting is for the Special Committee to adopt rules and set forth the process and procedures for the Special Committee to consider Miscellaneous Communication Nos. 1001 and 1002, petitions requesting the House of Representatives to investigate whether Representative Sharon Har's conduct on February 22, 2021, violates the House Code of Conduct (Rule 62).
