RELATING TO PRIVACY. Redefines "personal information" for the purposes of security breach of personal information law. Establishes new provisions on consumer rights to personal information and data brokers. Prohibits the sale of geolocation information and internet browser information without consent. Amends provisions relating to electronic eavesdropping law. Prohibits certain manipulated images of individuals. (HB2572 HD1)
