RELATING TO NON-AGRICULTURAL PARK LANDS.

Requires DLNR to transfer to DOA specified non-agricultural park lands by a specified deadline.  Requires DLNR and DOA to jointly report on the status of the land transfer.  Amends the definition of "agricultural activities" used in chapter 166E, HRS.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (HD1)

RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF PLANNING.

Updates and reaffirms the role of the office of planning (OP) to coordinate among state agencies regarding climate change adaptation and sustainability.  Establishes a statewide sustainability division within OP.  Makes appropriations for establishment of the sustainability division and positions for the new division.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (HD2)

RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS.

Requires that mandatory seller disclosures in real estate transactions include identification of residential real properties lying within the sea level rise exposure area as designated by the Hawaii climate change mitigation and adaptation commission or its successor.  Effective 12/31/2050.  (HD1)
