This informational briefing has been cancelled.

The purpose of the informational briefing is to hear an updates from HART and to discuss the delivery model of Public Private Partnerships (P3) as it applies to infrastructure projects.  

Invited speakers are:

       Mr. Andrew Robbins, HART’s CEO

No public testimony will be accepted.
