RELATING TO DISASTER RELIEF. Extends the lapse date of the appropriations made by Act 12, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018, to June 30, 2023, for flooding disaster relief for Kauai and other areas of the State. Effective 6/29/2020. (HD2)
