RELATING TO CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. Adds members of the clergy, commercial computer technicians, and commercial film, and photographic print or image processors to the categories of persons who are required to report child abuse and neglect to DHS or police. Provides a "safe harbor" through December 31, 2020, for reporting by clergy of known or suspected child abuse that was previously unreported and that did not arise during a penitential communication. Effective 12/31/2059. (HD2)

RELATING TO HOMELESSNESS. Extends the emergency department homelessness assessment pilot program and medical respite pilot program to December 31, 2021. Appropriates funds. Effective December 31, 2059. (HD2)

REQUESTING THE GOVERNOR'S COORDINATOR ON HOMELESSNESS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT FOR VARIOUS NEIGHBORHOODS ACROSS THE STATE SEPARATE REGIONAL PLANS THAT COORDINATE SHELTER FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE HOMELESS POPULATION AND CONCERNS OF IMPACTED COMMUNITIES.
