RELATING TO THE ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM. Amends section 329-101(b) and (d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, to require that the dispensing of a pharmacist-prescribed opioid antagonist be reported to the State's Electronic Prescription Accountability System.
