RELATING TO THE CONVEYANCE TAX. Requires that the certificate of conveyance filed with the director of taxation include the names and addresses of limited liability company officers, directors, and members or managers.

RELATING TO WATER POLLUTION. Adds the chemicals homosalate, octocrylene, and octisalate to the sale and distribution sunscreen ban beginning on 1/1/2021. Allows the Department of Health to adopt rules to add additional harmful chemicals to the sale and distribution ban. Effective 7/1/50. (HD1)

RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY. Amends the definition of renewable portfolio standard to be a percentage of electrical energy generation, rather than sales. Amends the renewable portfolio standard interim goals for 2030 and 2040 to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)

RELATING TO HEMP PRODUCTS. Requires labels on hemp products. Prohibits unwarranted health-related statements about hemp products. Establishes standards for hemp food product manufacturers. Establishes that a product shall not be considered adulterated or misbranded solely by the inclusion of hemp. Clarifies that a licensed medical cannabis dispensary is not prohibited from manufacturing, distributing, or selling products that contain hemp, or cannabinoids, extracts, or derivatives from hemp.

RELATING TO CEMETERIES. Allows any cemetery authority to be exempted from licensing, bonding, and fee requirements when selling or offering use of its property or portion thereof for the inurnment of cremated remains of its members, adherents, and their families.

RELATING TO INSURANCE. Amends various portions of Hawaii Revised Statutes title 24 to update and improve existing Insurance Code provisions.
