Update on the State's economic outlook, business projections, and next steps.

b.           Reopening of Hawaii’s Economy (3 minutes)

The consensus is that the prerequisite for the State to incrementally reopen before a vaccine exists is infrastructure to test, screen, monitor and quarantine. These four components make up a public health plan that was distributed on April 13. The presenters will discuss updates regarding the implementation of the plan.
