Update on nonprofit access to FEMA Funds, including the Hawaii Community Foundation's Food Program.

c. Reopening of Hawaii’s Economy (3 minutes)
The consensus is that the prerequisite for the State to incrementally reopen before a vaccine exists is infrastructure to test, screen, monitor and quarantine. These four components make up a public health plan that was distributed on April 13. The presenters will discuss updates regarding the implementation of the plan.

d. USDA Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (3 minutes)
The program will take several actions to assist farmers, ranchers, and consumers in response to the COVID-19 national emergency. The package contains $19 billion in immediate relief to provide critical support to our farmers and ranchers nationwide.
