a. CARES Act Update (15 minutes)
This update will include the State’s receipt of federal CARES Act funds and its allocation and disbursement strategy

b. Reopening of Hawaii’s Economy (30 minutes)
The consensus is that the prerequisite for the State to incrementally reopen before a vaccine exists is infrastructure to test, screen, monitor and quarantine. These four components make up a public health plan that was distributed on April 13. The presenters will discuss implementation of the plan.
