RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Appropriates funds to the Department of Agriculture for feral pig control.  (HD1)

Appropriates moneys to the Department of Agriculture to support agriculture in the State.  Authorizes any moneys appropriated to be transferred to the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2020.

RELATING TO THE PESTICIDE SUBSIDY PROGRAM.

Appropriates moneys to DOA for the pesticide subsidy program.

RELATING TO TAXATION OF LOCALLY PRODUCED, ORGANIC FOOD.

Establishes an income tax credit for locally produced, organic food.  Exempts locally produced, organic food from the general excise tax.

Establishes a glyphosate task force to assess the impact of glyphosate on Hawaii's natural environment, human health, and agriculture.

RELATING TO THE ANIMAL INDUSTRY SPECIAL FUND.

Adding new sources of revenue generated by the state veterinary laboratory and animal disease control that can be deposited into the animal Industry Special Fund.
