"A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO THE STATE BUDGET,"

The purpose of this measure is to appropriate supplemental funds for the operating costs of the Executive Branch for fiscal year (FY) 2019-2020 and FY 2020-2021.

The Administration submitted an operating budget that totaled:

	FY 2020	FY 2021
General Funds	$8.086 billion	$8.405 billion
All Means of Financing	$15.694 billion	$16.196 billion

Your committee on Finance has amended this budget to appropriate:

	FY 2020	FY 2021
General Funds	$7.962 billion	$8.133 billion
All Means of Financing	$15.564 billion	$15.656 billion

As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee is in accord with the intent and purpose of H.B. No. 2200, as amended herein, and recommends that it pass Second Reading in the form attached hereto as H.B. No. 2200, H.D. 1, and be placed on the calendar for Third Reading.
