A BILL FOR AN ACT
making an appropriation to the university of hawai‘i at hilo.
BE IT
ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $143,784 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020-2021 for three full-time equivalent positions (3.0 FTE) for the custodial and maintenance staff at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo (UOH210/MM).
The sums appropriated shall be expended by the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2019.
