A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to capital improvement project for the puna boat ramp.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the project listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2020-2021:

Puna boat ramp, Hawaii

Plans $          

Land acquisition $          

Design $          

Construction $          

Equipment $          

Total funding $8,000,000

SECTION 2. The sums appropriated for the capital project set forth in section 1 shall be expended by the department of land and natural resources for the purposes of this Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2020.
