A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO the STATE BUILDING CODE council.
BE IT
ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $125,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020-2021 to add one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) administrative position for the state building code council.
The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of accounting and general services for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2019.
