A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to state bonds.
BE IT
ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 54, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018, section 4 is amended by amending the title of item 12.13. to read as follows:
"12.13. KAUAI
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INC."
SECTION 2. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
