HOUSE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2020.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirtieth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2020, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2020 are hereby determined to be the 20th, 21st, 24th, 25th, and 26th days of February; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, additional days of recess for the Regular Session of 2020 are hereby determined to be the 22nd and 24th days of January, the 2nd, 4th, and 27th days of March, the 6th, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 28th days of April, and the 1st, 4th, and 6th days of May.
