A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to land.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 171-64.7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and any other law to the contrary, the fee simple interest to TMK (1) 9-7-094-029-0000, with the existing improvements thereon, shall be conveyed by the department of education to the city and county of Honolulu as grantee, as is, where is.

SECTION 2. The department of education as grantee shall accept conveyance of the fee simple interest to TMK (1) 9‑5‑001‑083-0000 from the Mililani Town Association, as is, where is.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
