A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the university laboratory school.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of Act 111, Session Laws of Hawaii 2015, as amended by Act 55, Session Laws of Hawaii 2016, is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION
5. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2015[, and]; provided
that sections 2 and 3 shall be repealed on July 1, 2020[; provided
that section 302D-34, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be reenacted in the form
in which it read on June 30, 2015]."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 30, 2020.
