A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FORTY-FIFTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2020-2021.
1. Kipapa elementary school, Oahu
A. Design and construction for the lighting system in the cafeteria stage for the performing arts program.

SECTION 2. The appropriation made for the capital
improvement projects authorized by this Act shall not lapse at the end of the fiscal biennium for which the appropriation unencumbered as of June 30, 2022, shall lapse as of that date.
SECTION 3.
The sums appropriated shall be expended by the designated expending
agency for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2020.
