           SECTION 1.  House Bill No. 1819, H.D. 2, S.D. 2, is amended by amending section 3 to clarify that individuals or entities licensed to grow hemp under the State Industrial Hemp Pilot Program prior to the effective date of the Act are exempt from commercial hemp production area restrictions relating to playgrounds; childcare facilities; schools; and houses, dwelling units, residential apartments, or other residential structures.
