A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to commerce and consumer affairs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Beginning on July 1, 2020, and ending on June 30, 2029, the department of commerce and consumer affairs shall suspend all fees relating to the licensing or registration of persons under its jurisdiction, including all fees established or authorized under the following sections of the Hawaii Revised Statutes:
